What a day! Year 1 looked amazing in their fantastic World Book Day character costumes! We showed our costumes off with a parade in the Hall. Year 7 came to read us stories which was a lovely treat. We had a ‘Name that Story’ Quiz - Year 1 were brilliant at guessing the story from the clues. We had a Book Hunt around School which was great fun and it was a nice surprise to be able to take home a new book. The books were very kindly sponsored by Ms Potters of Potters Tales. We made bookmarks to put inside our new books. We finished off the day by watching some animated stories by the author Julia Donaldson.
