Today the year 7 children stepped back in time to the year 1867 for their schooling in the 3Rs. They had a very strict teacher for Reading, Writing and Arithmetic. The children also had some time on drills outside before coming in for nature drawing and finishing off the day by making a flicker book.
The children enjoyed the day, but didn’t think much of the porridge recipe for breakfast!
