This term we are studying the novel Kensuke’s Kingdom by Michael Morpurgo. The children were challenged to pick 8 items to help them as they escaped from their sinking yacht that would be useful on a desert island. The conversations and discussion the children had were very insightful, with some excellent reasons for their choices!
